Terms of Service

By using SayGo you agree to these terms.

Eligibility

You must be 18 or older. Without an account you can use moderated video and text chat. An account with a confirmed email adds sending gifts, the Unmoderated Lounge, turning the filter off in a chat when both people agree, and SayGo Pro; receiving gifts and friends also need ID verification. Anyone found to be a minor will be permanently banned and reported to appropriate authorities.

Acceptable use

  • No harassment, threats, hate, or sexual content involving minors.
  • No illegal content of any kind.
  • No recording, screenshotting, or redistribution of another user's stream by any means — including OBS, screen capture, a second device pointed at the screen, or browser extensions. Sessions are private to the two participants.
  • No advertising, soliciting, or self-promotion. Do not display URLs, phone numbers, social media handles (Telegram, WhatsApp, Snap, Kik, Wickr and the like), QR codes, OnlyFans/ paid-platform links, or any commercial content. SayGo is for conversations, not promotion.
  • No impersonation or use of another person's ID.
  • You must keep your camera on during a session. Disabling video mid-session ends the call. Audio mute is allowed.
  • The Unmoderated Lounge does not mean "anything goes". Bans, reports, and law enforcement cooperation still apply.

Verification

ID verification is performed by Didit. SayGo keeps only the country that issued your ID, your date of birth, a one-way hash of the document number and a face template from your verification selfie (see the Privacy Policy). We never store or view your ID image.

Streams are private

SayGo does not record, store, or transmit your video or audio beyond the peer you're connected to (and, where applicable, a moderator you've consented to), except the few seconds of video and the still frame saved when someone reports you, or skips you in a moderated chat (see the Safety page). Each session's remote video is watermarked with the viewer's display name and timestamp — any screen recording will carry the recorder's identity, and violators can be permanently banned and pursued legally.

Coins, gifts and earnings

You can buy coins and spend them on gifts for the people you talk to. Anyone with a SayGo account can buy coins and send gifts. Only ID-verified adults (18+) can receive gifts and earn from them.

  • Coins are a limited license, not money. They have no cash value, can only be used on SayGo, and can't be transferred, sold, or exchanged for cash. Coin purchases are non-refundable except where the law requires a refund.
  • Gifts are final. Once you send a gift, its coins are spent and can't be returned.
  • Earnings. When you receive a gift you earn 60% of the price the sender paid for it, in US dollars. Earnings are held for 14 days before you can withdraw them, and each withdrawal must be at least $25.00.
  • Payouts are made through Stripe Connect. Stripe runs its own identity and banking checks, and you must accept Stripe's terms to get paid. You are responsible for any taxes on what you earn.
  • Fraud and disputes. If a gift was paid for with a payment that is later disputed, refunded as fraudulent, or otherwise turns out to be unauthorized, we may take back the earnings from that gift. We may also put a wallet on hold (no buying, sending, receiving, or withdrawing) while we look into it, and limit how much anyone can send.
  • Closing your account. Unused coins and earnings that haven't been paid out are forfeited when your account is deleted or permanently banned. Withdraw what you can first.
  • No soliciting gifts for sexual content or off-platform contact. Asking for or offering gifts in exchange for sexual content, or for moving the conversation to another app, is not allowed and is grounds for a ban.

Termination

We can suspend or terminate your account for violating these terms, at our discretion, with no obligation to provide a refund (if any). A suspension applies to your account, device and network. Some can be lifted with a one-time, non-refundable fee shown on the suspension page; a repeat violation is permanent.

SayGo is provided "as is". We aggressively moderate, verify, and ban, but we cannot guarantee anyone's behavior on the platform. Use your judgment.
